As a first time homebuyer, I started my home purchase process overwhelmed but Edmund was there to help answer all my questions and offer his guidance - never did I feel rushed during the entire process! Edmund Yue is an absolute gem of a human being and a fantastic realtor. When we were looking for a new place to call home, we were truly so lucky to have been referred to Edmund through a coworker.

Edmund held our hands as first time home buyers and navigated us through the notorious Bay Area housing market and he made the home buying process so much easier than it otherwise would be. Edmund accomplished this by being an excellent partner in all the phases of the house buying process. It was wonderful developing a list of pros and cons of each home Edmund toured with us. In this way we felt we knew all of the facts before deciding to put in an offer.

After one month of looking we had found a house that we were interested in. Fortunately, due to Edmund's advice we were completely prepared to put in an offer. Edmund had already educated us on all of the details of our offer contract so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. Also, we were already pre-approved and underwritten for a loan because Edmund had previously connected us with multiple experienced lenders (both of whom were also wonderful to work with, it was a shame that we could only work with one) which allowed us to make a strong offer. Our first offer was accepted and we couldn't be happier. We got a fantastic interest rate thanks to the lender Edmund recommended and our house even appraised for more than we offered!

We are loving our new home that Edmund helped us secure, but if we decide to sell one day there is no question in our mind who our real estate agent will be. If you are ever lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Edmund please take it!
