We have worked with Edmund for 3 real estate transactions and several of our friends have worked with him. No other agent I know comes even close to his level of knowledge, advice, and professionalism. While other agents may work hard or be good negotiators, Edmund's advice is invaluable; the other skills enable him to execute successfully on that knowledge and advice. Without him, we would not have been as happy in our choices and we wouldn't have made nearly as much money from our investments.

When we wanted to buy a run down house in Santa Clara in 2012, Edmund advised us to check out a new townhome in North San Jose. We fell in love with the property! And now that we have just sold that property, it was a much better investment and we were definitely much happier living in a brand new property with an amazing view and a lot more space than we would have been in a tiny run down house.

In buying the townhome, Edmund helped us negotiate a significant discount on upgrades and helped us follow up with the builder for anything we were concerned about. Upon closing, I realized that Edmund made a lot less money helping us buy the townhome than he would have made if we bought the house we originally wanted. It really speaks to the fact that he is more concerned with finding us the right home than making money off of one transaction.

Earlier this year, Edmund advised us on bidding to help us win our perfect home and he helped to negotiate a few of our requests.

While we were very happy with our purchase transactions, nothing prepared us for the level of service we would want or need when we decided to sell our townhome. Edmund explained the whole process from start to finish and expanded on any complex items when the time was right so that we always knew what was going on. He advised us to do some light remodeling in order to get the best price. He helped us get great vendors, good pricing for the work, and oversaw all of the work done. He even made some of the vendors come back to correct anything that wasn't completed to perfection. He paid attention to every detail that might impact a sale to the perfect bidder. His advice throughout the whole process was invaluable and his efforts really raised demand for and value in the property, giving us the best price possible from multiple buyers. And Edmund made it so we did the absolute minimum amount of work to sell the property by taking care of so many details himself.

He is the best realtor and I absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants to love their home or make the most from their home sale.

This is my second review for Edmund Yue. I have had the help of Edmund to purchase my place and also sell my place. This update is for my experience working with Edmund as a selling agent. Edmund is meticulous and hard working. My work schedule does not allow for me to be hands one for the repairs and getting the home ready to sell. Edmund has made the process very smooth and worry free. He is trustworthy and I considered myself very fortunate. He handled everything, including supervising the work without me being present.

All I can say that if you are looking for a buyer or seller's agent, it would be a mistake to not speak with Edmund. He is hands down the best agent I have met.
