Dear Prospective Buyer,

We are thrilled to welcome you to 7502 Stoneleaf Rd! This home has been a deeply loved and warm place for our family. We have cherished watching our three-year-old son grow up here. We are moving onto our next adventure and hope the next owners will find as much joy here as we have.

Even though this is a townhome, it feels like a single-family home because only a few walls are shared with the neighbor—specifically the master bedroom, the upstairs guest bedroom, stairwell, and garage walls. Other than that, none of the other walls share due to the fact that there is an open courtyard in the middle of the complex.
