Dear Prospective Buyers:
3334 Marisma Street holds a special place in my family’s heart. The home and Los Prados neighborhood was the perfect place for me to raise my two young daughters. We always felt supported and welcomed by our neighbors.
A hidden gem of the neighborhood is Los Prados Park and our ease of access to the park. The park is especially appealing for dog owners as the park is a local gathering spot for dog parents, especially on warm summer days! There are walking paths at the end of the cul de sac that leads directly to Los Prados Park. My daughters enjoyed riding their bikes and scooters to and around the park. We could walk to Marina Plaza to get boba and groceries. We have made long lasting friendships with many of our neighbors on our street and beyond.
Foster City is also conveniently located nearby and with dedicated bike lanes. We enjoyed going to the pool at Peninsula Jewish Community Center (PJCC) in Foster City and we are frequent visitors of the Foster City Public Library. There is also access to the Bay Trail from Kimberly Way, which is extremely convenient for cycling enthusiasts.
My daughters are elementary school age and they attended North Shoreview Montessori School, a 2023 California Distinguished School. Other families with young children in the neighborhood also attend North Shoreview Montessori and Parkside Elementary, which also has a Montessori program.
I purchased the residence in 2016 and have approached remodeling and ongoing maintenance with the perspective of making this our family’s forever home. The common area living space is an open floor plan concept that we use often for entertaining friends and neighbors. The large space is also where we spend most of our time together as a family cooking, eating, working on projects, and watching movies.
